How do I get my guide after purchasing?
The moment your payment goes through, you'll receive an email with a download link. Click the link, download your PDF, and it's yours immediately. No waiting, no shipping.
I didn't receive my download email â what do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, email us at pdfguidist@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend it straight away.
How long is my download link valid?
Your download link is valid for 30 days and up to 5 downloads. If you need it resent after that, just email us.
đ File format and compatibility
What format are the guides in?
All PDF Guidist products are delivered as PDF files. It looks the same on every device and can be opened without any special software.
What apps can I use to open my PDF?
- GoodNotes (iPad) â best for annotating and writing
- Notability (iPad) â great for handwriting directly on the pages
- Adobe Acrobat Reader (free, all devices)
- Any internet browser â Chrome, Safari, Firefox
- Your phone or computer's built-in PDF viewer
Can I print my guide at home?
Yes â all our guides are designed to print beautifully on standard A4 or US Letter paper. Black and white printing works fine, though colour brings the design to life.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Download the PDF and open it in Adobe Reader or any PDF app on your phone. For the best writing experience, we recommend an iPad with Apple Pencil and GoodNotes.
đŗ Payment and pricing
What currencies do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Verve. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes â all payments are processed through our secure payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Every transaction is encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
Do I need to create an account to buy?
No account needed. Just add the guide to your cart, enter your email at checkout, and your download link goes straight to your inbox.
âŠī¸ Refunds and issues
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital downloads, we're unable to offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. However, if there's a problem with your file â it won't open, pages are missing, or it's not what was described â email us at pdfguidist@gmail.com and we'll fix it immediately.
My file won't open â what do I do?
Try opening it in Adobe Reader (free download) which opens every PDF. If you're still having trouble, email us at pdfguidist@gmail.com with your order number.

Are the planners dated or undated?
Our planners are undated â no pre-filled months or dates. Start any time and reuse them indefinitely.
Can I share my download with friends or family?
Each purchase is a single-user licence for personal use. Please don't share your download link â each person who wants the guide should purchase their own copy.
